aww your little man will find new friends and his place there soon. Love this post - I can so relate to loving your little boy so intensely one moment and then being stressed to the most impossible limit by him the next. Boys are crazy fun!

So funny! When my oldest son, (now 18!!) was little, I ran a home day care. One of the favorite activities, (led by my eldest) was to "make a big pile" of all the toys. He would say, "Let's make a big pile!!" And they would all join in.

So funny. Seems like just yesterday, sigh. This week, we went to a college visit. =)

I love those fabrics, and I love that you are working with the blue instead of going back to your "usuals." I have been thinking of doing that to our bedroom - it has been blue and chocolate brown since we got married. I love it, but it is so predictably me and I think a change is needed soon. Oh, those fabric choices will be perfect. Last Spring we painted our kitchen blue (but a much lighter blue than what you have) after 8 years of having it reddish. It took me awhile to adjust to the color, but now I love it. It's so calming. I chose to accent with pops of yellow. I wish I could have been brave and made my own kitchen eyebrows, but alas I ordered some off Etsy. They are so charming though (and excatly what I wanted!).

i always say "the sicker the mother is during pregnancy the cuter the babies!" like you, i have REALLY CUTE KIDS. i figure we worked extra hard for their cuteness. when i see a pregnant mom who says "i feel wonderful," i now feel bad for her because her kid is likely going to be really ugly.

Thanks for the input on my post about V's bruises. Similar thoughts had crossed my mind - the only test we're waiting for results on is the ANA, which is what I tested + for after my 2nd m/c. Hate to think that far ahead for baby girl, but how much better would it be fore her to know ahead of time and prevent that heartache if at all possible? A LOT BETTER.
