Retro

Retro: modeled on something from the past

Sometimes, you just need to do something that takes you back to a time that was easier.  Simpler.  Sweeter.

Sometimes, you just need to have PB&J on white, chips, grapes, and chocolate milk for lunch.

Family food- special food- has always been part of my family history.
I loved this post, because I was reminded of that.
I have linked to Tuesdays Unwrapped also.

Retro lunch is the best. In my case it would be a fried spam sandwich with popcorn and strawberries. Yum!

Thanks for sharing!

New follower who found you through Tuesdays Unwrapped. You had me from your sub-title (great line) and then I looked around a bit and gleefully clicked the follow button! :)

You hit the nail on the head! My favorite lunch, except maybe red instead of green grapes. I'm seriously craving that pb&j on white! Darn the whole wheat bread we have in the house right now!
