French Vanilla or Caffe Mocha?

I'm a coffee drinker, but never would I say that I'm a coffee connoisseur. I like regular ol' Folgers with cream and sugar; I like a Starbucks Frappuccino; and I like everything in between.

But, sad as it is to admit for fear that you will consider my palate unrefined, I must confess that my true "coffee" bliss comes from gas station cappuccino.

And I've decided that one day, I'm going to own my own. (Cappuccino machine, not gas station.) So much cheaper than the "real" froo-froo coffee drinks I've been known to pick up on my way to work. And how easy -- that it wouldn't be the actual grinding of beans and steaming of milk and all that. It would simply be having bulk powder mix from Sam's or Costco on hand, and the push of a button...

So, yes, consider me "unrefined" if you will. But I think that this indulgence is topping my lifetime wish list right about now.

What can I say? I'm a girl with simple (SIMPLE) taste(buds).

Happy Friday!

I was just dropping by from Carrie's comments. I love how you said you want to live in her head!

Anyway, I'm glad I made the stop. I always love a good read and I'm looking forward to reading some more of your posts.

I saw that you are moving to Nashville. My sister lives in the area. What a GREAT place to live! I have a link to her blog from mine.

Have a wonderful weekend:)

I am with you! I have definitely made a special trip for gas station coffee, especially in my pre-baby days on my way to work. My latest obsession is from Starbucks though...a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate with a shot of espresso. Oh My Goodness. So Yummy! Congrats on only 11 more days until Stay-at-Home-Momness!

I must admit, that although i prefer the yummy goodness of a Starbucks cappucino or latte, my thriftiness often leads me a a gas station for that treat. MOST of the time I have enjoyed the gas station offerings, but there are a few places that it is simply not worth it.
Happy Friday to you also! HOpe this post means you got your caffeine and are having a great day!

I am so glad to meet you! White House is only about 15-20 minutes from where we live--that's fun! We are fairly new to this area as well. We moved from south of Nashville this past summer, so if you need a friend, I'm close by!!!

Thank you for sharing part of your story with me and am so sorry for your loss. I am looking forward to getting to know you through this small world of blogging!

Hi M! Just catching up on all your posts. What beautiful pics of you and your family! I love the ones of Seth climbing up the stairs. AND, I TOTALLY agree about the espresso machine. I use mine all the time, it has saved me countless dollars on paper-cup-lattes. You should go get one TODAY and treat yourself (I recommend Krups)!! :) Lots of love, D.
