Breakfast is about to be on (sausage and blueberry pancakes -- yum!), so I have just a minute, but, if you've had just a minute to pop over here, I've got two things to share and ask you to join me in prayer over.
One, Seth has been having a hard time adjusting to Florida. Teething appears to be the culprit, but it's making him whiny, clingy, and poopy. His dirty diaper ratio is up about 300% (that's a LOT of stinkyness, people), and he's starting to get dehydrated. So please pray that he plateaus soon and gets back to normal.
And two, Jim is scheduled to fly out of Detroit tonight at 7. I haven't been keeping super close tabs on the weather in Ohio/Michigan, but I know it's not great. I just want him to travel safely and be able to join us soon.
So, Kendra and all the rest of you faithful prayer warrior/readers, please lift up these two things. It is, after all, the season of miracles. ;)
Well, I'm in Ohio and it's not pleasant but I think it will be o.k. for travel. It's just really cold and possibility of flurries (I think it's the same for Detroit). So, I will pray for your hubby that he has an on-time and safe journey. I will also pray for your little guy to get back on track (traveling with them is so hard). I will also pray for you that you do not lose your sanity while caring for the little cranky/clingy/poopy guy! :) Enjoy your time with your family!
Will be praying for you--for everyone!
Yes, to both of those--to the cranberry bog and we can "still" be friends. I'll know not to make it for you!
Sending prayers for Seth's health and Jim's safe travel! Hugs to you, sweetie.
AH!!!!!!!!! I totally suck!! I didn't get this until today!! EEK!! Oh well, again, God is outside of time, and I am praying right now for both those things...
Season of miracles indeed...
Please keep us updated, I promise to check frequently!
The weather here in NW Ohio is less than to be desired right now. High winds, LOW temps (our thermometer on the truck said 0 about 30 min ago). I will be praying BIG time for a safe, on time flight for Jim to get out of this nonsense. Glad you're having a lovely FLA trip (sans poop).
